O mod de agradecer eh o post thanks - infelizmente o Abe1 nao liberou pra nós - soh no vBulletin.org - The Ultimate vBulletin Resource! mesmo.
uma alternativa eh um mod chamado hide do psionic vision - VisionScripts - Premium PHP & vBulletin Solutions! - tem versao free.

Mas esse ai não é o Post hanks e sim uma integração para o Phost Thanks (esa integração faz com que você só veja o post depois de clicar em agradecer), e mesmo assim a opção de integração só tem funcionalidade na versão Premium do hack.

Pessoal, basicamente o que deve ser traduzido é isso.
